Definitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>User<\/strong><br>Anyone who accesses the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Customer<\/strong><br>User who purchases a service available on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Services<\/strong><br>Live online courses, webinars, digital educational materials, consultations or other educational products offered on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Distance contract<\/strong><br>The contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller through the website, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Contract conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract between the Customer and the Seller shall be deemed concluded when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer finalizes the order on the website;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the payment is confirmed by the payment processor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer receives order confirmation by e-mail.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in justified circumstances, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>incomplete or incorrect data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>suspected fraud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inability to provide the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Services offered<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the website may be provided:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>live online courses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>educational webinars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>registered courses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>digital material<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>consultations or educational sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Services are delivered exclusively in digital format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access to live courses is via videoconferencing platforms (e.g. Zoom or similar platforms).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>internet connection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>operation of the equipment used<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>installing the necessary applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Service delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For live courses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the access link is sent by e-mail before the event starts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For registered courses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>access is granted via user account or secure link.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The time of service delivery is considered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sending the access link<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or enable access to digital content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Prices and payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are shown in RON.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices include VAT if the company is registered for VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You pay online via the secure payment processor <strong>EuPl\u0103tesc.ro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seller does not store the customer's bank card details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access to the service is granted only after confirmation of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to <strong>GEO 34\/2014<\/strong>, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from distance contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, there are exceptions applicable to services provided through this website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Digital content<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For recorded courses or digital materials:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">the right of withdrawal is lost if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Digital content delivery has started;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the customer has given his prior consent;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the customer has confirmed that he\/she is aware of the loss of the right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Live courses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For live courses scheduled on a fixed date, the client may request to cancel the participation under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>annulment with at least <strong>48 hours before<\/strong> - the possibility of rescheduling participation in a future session (subject to places available)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancel less than 48 hours - the amount paid is not refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the Seller cancels the course:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the customer can opt for rescheduling<br>or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>full refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repayment shall be made within a maximum of <strong>14 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All materials available on the website and in the courses are protected by copyright law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>video material<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>presentations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>text<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>images<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>logos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>educational documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-transferable right to use the Materials solely for personal use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is forbidden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>distribution of materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>course registration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>resale of content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share access to courses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Breaking these rules can lead to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>suspension of access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>civil liability under applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information presented in the courses is educational.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They do not represent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>medical advice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>medical diagnosis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>medical treatment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use of the information is at the user's own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seller does not guarantee specific results from attending the courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Suspension or restriction of access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seller may suspend the user's access to the services in the case of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>breach of terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>platform abuse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unauthorized distribution of materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Force majeure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neither party is liable for non-performance of contractual obligations if it is caused by an event of force majeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Force majeure includes unpredictable events such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>natural disasters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>major IT infrastructure disruptions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cyber attacks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>legal restrictions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Data protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The processing of personal data is carried out according to the Privacy Policy available on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Settlement of disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any disputes will first be settled amicably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If this is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consumers can also use the European online dispute resolution platform:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14.
