2. Definitions
User
Anyone who accesses the site.
Customer
User who purchases a service available on the website.
Services
Live online courses, webinars, digital educational materials, consultations or other educational products offered on the website.
Distance contract
The contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller through the website, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties.
3. Contract conclusion
The contract between the Customer and the Seller shall be deemed concluded when:
- The customer finalizes the order on the website;
- the payment is confirmed by the payment processor;
- The customer receives order confirmation by e-mail.
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in justified circumstances, including:
- incomplete or incorrect data
- suspected fraud
- inability to provide the service.
4. Services offered
Through the website may be provided:
- live online courses
- educational webinars
- registered courses
- digital material
- consultations or educational sessions.
Services are delivered exclusively in digital format.
Access to live courses is via videoconferencing platforms (e.g. Zoom or similar platforms).
The customer is responsible for:
- internet connection
- operation of the equipment used
- installing the necessary applications.
5. Service delivery
For live courses:
- the access link is sent by e-mail before the event starts.
For registered courses:
- access is granted via user account or secure link.
The time of service delivery is considered:
- sending the access link
- or enable access to digital content.
6. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in RON.
Prices include VAT if the company is registered for VAT.
You pay online via the secure payment processor EuPlătesc.ro.
The seller does not store the customer's bank card details.
Access to the service is granted only after confirmation of payment.
7. Right of withdrawal
According to GEO 34/2014, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from distance contracts.
However, there are exceptions applicable to services provided through this website.
Digital content
For recorded courses or digital materials:
the right of withdrawal is lost if:
- Digital content delivery has started;
- the customer has given his prior consent;
- the customer has confirmed that he/she is aware of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Live courses
For live courses scheduled on a fixed date, the client may request to cancel the participation under the following conditions:
- annulment with at least 48 hours before - the possibility of rescheduling participation in a future session (subject to places available)
- Cancel less than 48 hours - the amount paid is not refundable.
If the Seller cancels the course:
- the customer can opt for rescheduling
or - full refund of the amount paid.
Repayment shall be made within a maximum of 14 days.
8. Intellectual property
All materials available on the website and in the courses are protected by copyright law.
These include:
- video material
- presentations
- text
- images
- logos
- educational documents.
The Customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-transferable right to use the Materials solely for personal use.
It is forbidden:
- distribution of materials
- course registration
- resale of content
- Share access to courses.
Breaking these rules can lead to:
- suspension of access
- civil liability under applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
The information presented in the courses is educational.
They do not represent:
- medical advice
- medical diagnosis
- medical treatment.
Use of the information is at the user's own risk.
The seller does not guarantee specific results from attending the courses.
10. Suspension or restriction of access
The seller may suspend the user's access to the services in the case of:
- breach of terms
- platform abuse
- unauthorized distribution of materials.
11. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for non-performance of contractual obligations if it is caused by an event of force majeure.
Force majeure includes unpredictable events such as:
- natural disasters
- major IT infrastructure disruptions
- cyber attacks
- legal restrictions.
12. Data protection
The processing of personal data is carried out according to the Privacy Policy available on the website.
13. Settlement of disputes
Any disputes will first be settled amicably.
If this is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.
